forgot to add this function used in previous commit to show group folders properly for getFoldersForSettings modifications I did previously.

Description

This is used as part of the modifications I did to getFolderForSettings. See Issue #277 I'll add a complete list of changes

Motivation and Context

Group folders once properly marked as group folders are not properly output for use in the select feature in user profile.
